Requirements of Award Assessors:
Interpersonal Skills - you will be able to:
- Communicate effectively
- Give constructive and balanced feedback
- Approach situations of conflict positively
- Work in or lead a team
- Work to tight time constraints
Operational Skills - you will be able to:
- Evaluate complex situations
- Take a high level overview
- Identify and analyse processes
- Maintain confidentiality
Knowledge and Experience - ideally you will have:
- Broad knowledge and experience of management practice
- Achievement or involvement in business improvement initiatives
- Active or pending involvement in self-assessment
