Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
This policy applies to all North of England Excellence Training courses, Workshops, Network events, Conferences and other events.
Cancellation of a place
You may cancel your place at no cost and be fully refunded of any fees you have paid provided you have given us more than 14 working days notice that you wish to cancel your place.
If you cancel after this time you will be charged the full cost of the place. All cancellations must be received in writing.
Non-attendance
If you book a place but do not attend on the day North of England Excellence reserves the right to charge you the full cost of the place.
Substituting Delegates
You may opt to substitute delegates at any time with no extra cost. Please tell us in writing of any change as soon as possible.

We will confirm in writing that you have cancelled your place and let you know how we will refund any money that is owed to you.
Cancellation by North of England Excellence
North of England Excellence reserves the right to cancel a training course, Workshop or Network event for any reason prior to the event date. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you about the cancellation. If you have already paid a fee then we will refund this money. Providing we give you at least 7 working days notice of the cancellation in writing we will not be liable for any other costs of you attending the training course, workshop or Network event.
