Customer Strategy & Demand Management
Our customer strategy and demand management courses create what we call - Customer Champions. Customer Champions give successful companies their edge. A Customer Champion ensures that the right people, processes and technology are in place to meet [targeted] customer demands. This customer-centric business strategy puts the customer at the heart of every decision the business makes. Our customer strategy and demand management courses are designed to support the development of a customer-centric business strategy. The course is supported by a workbook which enables the participants to develop their businesses strategy and demand management activities within the safety of the classroom, but take the learning back to their businesses to deliver immediate business improvements and developments.
