Lean Sigma Training
Six Sigma is an innovative and powerful business improvement approach developed by Motorola and popularised by General Electric. It provides operational managers and their staff with the ability to maximise business efficiencies by simultaneously reducing product/service lead times and costs, and maximising customer value. It has become increasingly popular over the last 15 years with many manufacturing and service businesses realising sustained performance improvements after they have successfully adopted Lean & Six Sigma principles. Our courses provide both manufacturing and service businesses with the full range of Six Sigma training from a basic introduction to Black Belt and Master Black Belt. Participants are introduced to the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, its statistical background and the infrastructure of a Six Sigma programme, including the different roles and responsibilities through a blend of theory and practical exercises that develop real practical skills, which can be taken back to the work place to drive business improvements.
