Our courses provide both manufacturing and service businesses with the full range of Six Sigma training from a basic introduction to Black Belt and Master Black Belt. Participants are introduced to the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, its statistical background and the infrastructure of a Six Sigma programme, including the different roles and responsibilities through a blend of theory and practical exercises that develop real practical skills, which can be taken back to the work place to drive business improvements.
