The CORE® Approach

CORE® is a unique diagnostic tool that illustrates your strengths in delivering results.  It will also identify anything that ‘blocks’ you achieving what you want.

Who is CORE® Profiling for?
If you or your team have potential then this is the way forward.  It is particularly beneficial for:

  • HR Professionals
  • Directors and Senior Managers
  • Sales Managers and their Teams
  • Those involved in Leadership development.
What are some of the key benefits of CORE®?
It takes less than half an hour to produce the results.It is solutions driven. I.e. it shows you what you do well, and what you can do straight away to achieve more of the results you want.
  • It enables you to understand your Impact on others and what it feels like to work with you.
  • It identifies your individual motivations and what if any thing ‘blocks’ you from using the strengths you have.
What will happen during the Session?
You will be with us approximately two hours and it will begin with asking you what you want to get out of your session.Please prepare beforehand by asking yourself
  • What are some of the things you want to have got out of learning more about your motivations and strengths?
  • What are some of the things you would like to see yourself handling even better when working with others?
 
How will you produce Assessment of my strengths?
We will do this when you arrive.  It takes less than half an hour on a lap top.        

Structure for moving forward?
After feeding back your results we will provide you with tools and techniques for you to achieve what you want.

Follow Up
If 'Follow Up' does not take place, a large percentage of the learning is lost.  Regular contact encourages progress and we will follow through your progress approximately two weeks after your session on the phone and then again within a month, so that we can discuss what you have achieved.

Finally, a 'Quality and Results' check on us!
After your session we will check you have got what you came for, and will ask
  1. What did you feel you came with as your Outcome, and do you now know how to achieve itt
  2. Do you have a Plan for how you are going to move forward?
  3. What was your experience like for you; is there anything you would like us to have done differently?

Getting to the CORE® of your Teams Success

CORE® is for Teams who want to raise awareness of individual and Team potential.   It is ideal for:

  • Directors and Management Team
  • Sales Managers and their Teams
  • Those involved in Leadership development.

What are some of the key benefits of having a Team Overview and individual time for your team?

  • It provides an ‘Action Plan’ for individual and Team development.
  • It enables individuals to understand their own strengths and how they can use more of their potential.
  • It provides an ideal platform to bench mark what is working well and what is needed as a team to unblock potential available so that you can build on it in ‘one to one’ development and Team workshops .

How does it work?

Each in the Team have individual Profiling sessions where data and feedback is provided on their individual strengths and an understanding of what is temporarily getting in the way of them using their potential.  This detailed measurement enables each to have detailed feedback and Reports and the Leader a Team Matrix on the strengths and specific areas for development.

Outcome for sessions?

At the beginning of the Session the Coach will ask what they want to get out of understanding their potential and growing their strengths.

Structure for moving forward? 

After receiving feedback, each will receive a couple of tasks to work on to increase their individual awareness and use of potential.

Follow Up

If 'Follow Up' does not take place, a large percentage of the learning ad understanding can be lost.  Each will be followed up on the phone to answer any further questions they have and discuss how they have used their increased awareness to operate more effectively.
