Advice - Free telephone advice and a free initial visit to your organisation to discuss all aspects of organisational excellence.
Initial Assessment Against Excellence - Free 2 hour facilitated assessment against Excellence, where a senior assessor would facilitate your senior team through the assessment (Value £300).
Presentation on Excellence - Free 1 hour presentation to your senior managers on the benefits of Excellence, where a senior assessor would present the benefits of Excellence to your senior team at one of your team meetings.
Learning and Networking
Member Conferences and Seminars - A free place and/or discounted places at a range of conferences and seminars delivered specifically for member organisations.
Excellence Forums - One free place at each Excellence Forum, featuring high profile speakers from organisations that are leading experts and practitioners of excellence (Value up to £405). These are also ideal opportunities to network with other organisations.
Sharing of Best Practice - The opportunity to share best practice with other member organisations, through, on request, putting you in touch with other member organisations with whom you could discuss issues and share experience.
